Residential Capital Proposes to Reimburse Directors' Legal Costs

Residential Capital LLC and its affiliates seek the Bankruptcy Court's authority to reimburse the expenses of independent directors composing the Special Committee of Independent Directors whose role was to implement a process and procedure for the approval of any material transactions entered into between Residential Capital, LLC, and any affiliate.
