Velo Holdings Inc. and its debtor-affiliates ask the Bankruptcy Court for an order establishing bidding procedures in connection with the sale of substantially all of Debtor Neverblue Communications, Inc.'s assets, and 100% of the equity of 3091224 Nova Scotia Company that is owned by LN, Inc.; setting a sale hearing; authorizing the sale of the assets free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances; and authorizing the assumption and assignment of certain executory contracts and unexpired leases.
