Bankruptcy Judge James M. Peck gave Betsey Johnson LLC the go signal to commence a sale process for substantially all of its assets free and clear of liens, claims, encumbrances and interests.  Hilco Merchant Resources, LLC, will serve as stalking horse bidder under an Agency Agreement dated April 26, 2012, for the auction to be conducted under 11 U.S.C. Sec., 363 with respect to store closing sales.  There is no "stalking horse" bidder for the auction with respect to any going concern offers.
