Torqued-UP Energy to Sell to Commander Energy Unit in Chapter 11

Torqued-UP Energy Services, Inc. and two of its non-operating subsidiaries sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Texas with an agreement to sell substantially all of their assets to Cougar Pressure Control, LLC, an affiliate of Commander Energy Services, Inc. The sale will be subject to higher and better bids at an auction.
