Notis Global Removes Marcum LLP as Accountants

Notis Global, Inc., dismissed Marcum, LLP, as its principal accountant effective April 21, 2017. The report of Marcum on the Company's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ended Dec. 31, 2014, and 2015 did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion and was not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles, except that Marcum's report for the years ended Dec. 31, 2014, and 2015 included an explanatory paragraph raising substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
