Hearing Today on Committee's Motion to Sell Fisker Automotive's Assets

In the Chapter 11 case of Fisker Automotive Holdings, Inc., et al., the Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware, will hold a hearing today, Jan. 10, at 9:30 a.m. on the "Motion of Creditors' Committee for Entry of Orders (I)(A) Approving Bid Procedures in Connection with the Sale of Certain Assets of the Debtors, (B) Scheduling Hearing to Consider Approval of the Sale of Assets, (C) Approving Form and Manner of Notice Thereof; (D) Authorizing and Directing Debtors to Enter Into Stalking Horse Purchase Agreement; (E) Approving Break-Up Fee and Expense Reimbursement and (F) Granting Related Relief; and (II) Authorizing Debtors to Obtain Replacement Post-Petition Secured Financing, Utilize Cash Collateral, Grant Adequate Protection and Modify the Automatic Stay, and Scheduling a Final Hearing with Respect to Same".
