Coshocton Hospital Seeks Court Approval of Bidding Procedures

Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Association asks the Bankruptcy Court to approve bidding procedures for the sale of substantially all of its assets.

Recognizing both the hospitals' financial situation and the challenge of remaining an independent community hospital, in 2015, the Debtor hired SOLIC Capital Advisors, LLC and SOLIC Capital, LLC as financial advisor and investment banker to assist with operational improvements and evaluate strategic alternatives and financing options.
