Amboy Group Needs Time to Finalize Talks With Prospective Buyers

Amboy Group, LLC and CLU Amboy, LLC, ask the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey to extend the time period in which the Debtors have the exclusive right to file a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization for a period of 90 days, until May 23, 2018, as well as the deadline to solicit acceptances of said plan for a period of 60 days thereafter, until July 22, 2018.

The Court will conduct a hearing on Feb. 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. to consider extending the Debtors' exclusivity periods.
